What Does A Small Dark Spot On Temple Indicate?
Question: A few years ago I developed a small, dark spot by my temple. It looks a little bit like someone poked the skin with a lead pencil. There's a light gray spot surrounding it. It hasn't grown at all--should I be concerned? I would like to know exactly what this spot is and whether it is dangerous or not.

I have seen carefully your picture of the spot and in my opinion it is just a blackhead.
It is called Comedo.
A comedo is a clogged hair follicle (pore) in the skin and it is formed by the debris blocking the sebaceous duct and hair follicle.The oxidation makes it look black.
