Brief Answer:
Surgical removal
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for posting the picture.
As I told you before, it looks like Sebaceous cyst.It is a closed sac under the skin filled with a cheese-like or oily material. Sebaceous cysts most often arise from swollen hair follicles. Skin trauma can also cause a cyst to form.
These cysts are pretty common over scrotum and usually do not warrant any treatment unless and until it is bothersome because of size or secondary infection.
The best treatment option is surgical removal of cyst by a certified dermatologist or general surgeon.
Maintain hygiene and avoid tight undergarments.
Hope this will take care of your issue.
Let me know if you require any more assistance from my side.
Thank you

having antiobiotics can help reduce the size ? will it go away with time ? i dont wany any surgery done .. so doctor u suggest that i shouldnt worri and take if off my mind ...will aurvedic medicine s help ?
Brief Answer:
---
Detailed Answer:
I am afraid antibiotics or ayurvedic medications may not be much helpful.
Antibiotics are if there is any secondary infection but as such cannot treat the cyst.
Its less likely to resolve on its own.
If it is not painful or tender then you can avoid any active treatment but evetually the only treatment is surgery.
