Brief Answer:
This might be due to previous lung infection.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Fibrotic lesions on lung are mostly due to healing from previous lung infection like tuberculosis or pneumonia.
So please let me know
1. Do you have any previous history of pneumonia or tuberculosis?
2. Do you smoke?
3. What are your symptoms? I mean do you have breathlessness, cough, expectoration, chest pain etc?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better about seriousness of this CT report.
If you are non smoker, having previous lung infection, not having any symptoms then no need to worry for this small patch of fibrosis on CT.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Get done sputum reports.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

So you had hemoptysis (blood in sputum) few days back.
Most common cause for hemoptysis is lung infection (tuberculosis).
Other possible causes are lung cancer, bronchitis, bronchiectesis etc.
So please let me know
1. Is hemoptysis improved?
2. Do you have fever or weight loss or anorexia?
3. Do you have any family member or surrounding office employee suffering from tuberculosis?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
