Brief Answer:
Most probably fungal infection of the tongue
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question and report; it suggest that most probably you may be suffering from the fungal infection of the tongue.
If I were the treating doctor of you then I would like to prescribe
1. Gargles with diluted hydrogen peroxide and hexidine twice a day.
2. Candid mouth paint apply to affected area twice a day.
But to rule out the other disease you may go for the microscopy of the scrapping of the tongue.
