Question: Earlier tonight I was sitting in my car when I felt a sudden quick pain in my chest, maybe just a second or so. Almost immediately my eye sight got blurry and I felt dizzy and off balance, I got out of the car and when I walked I felt unsteady. The eye sight came back to normal after a minute or two as well as my balance.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing may be related to transitor ischemic attack, which is associated with dizzines, head ache and blurry vision for a couple of minutes.

If you were my patients I would recommend to go to ER for proper evaluation and treatment.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
