Submandibular swelling
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The lump below chin can be a swollen salivary gland or a lymph node.
Please tell me does the child have any frequent throat infections?
Any history of dental caries? Swelling is single or multiple?
Any history of coughing? Fever?
Please send me the picture of the swelling so that I can suggest you better.
