What Does A Tender Spot On Back Indicate?

Question: yes, I had a small area on my back that was tender for a couple days....as if I was going to get a cystic pimple. It ended up breaking out in to an area of small bumps. I've put hydrogen peroxide to cleanse the area and the bump heads turn white. It doesn't itch, burn or feel tender (now that the rash is there). What could it be? This all happened over the last 3-4 days. The size of the rash has not grown since I got it on Saturday. I noticed the tenderness on Friday.

I've just posted two photos. the first taken before hydrogen peroxide, the 2nd after (couple hours later). I thought they were pimples so I did try to pop them, as you can see a little scabbed over.
