Brief Answer:
several possibilities can be there..further evaluation needed...

Detailed Answer:
Hello Pxxxxxh, Welcome back to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your niece,

I've reviewed the attached CBC report (of 20th Jan'17), however, this report is not conclusive as the slightly lower percentage of Lymphocytes along with elevated Neutrophils can be seen even during several infections (not necessarily means there are immunity issues)...

When you say she's getting cold and falling sick 'often', it's important to know how often do you mean...it's important to note that even every average child has about four to six bouts (or even up to eight) of respiratory tract infections per year depending on the presence of risk factors (most notably the child handlers, the atmosphere, and surroundings including presence of other schoolgoing kids around them)...

Most of the times they just require prompt medical attention for appropriate treatment during that time, avoidance of those risk factors, frequent proper hand washing, eating and drinking fresh and healthy resources under supervision as much as possible...

It's also important to note that in children with the normal underlying immune system, the growth and development are unaffected too (so if these parameters are unaffected, then you need not worry)...

If still there's any suspicion about Immunodeficiency related issues, then it's better to take her to an Immunologist as this requires thorough clinical evaluation (full body check-up, vaccination monitoring) along with a series of investigations (it's necessary to repeat the CBC along with peripheral blood smear, as well as LFT, KFT, Chest X-ray as a basic workup and based on the findings, further relevant workups to be planned)...

However, not to worry, as with prompt and timely diagnosis, recovery is quite quick also...

Immunodeficiency is a complex issue and requires extensive check-ups as well as strict medical supervision in order to manage properly... I've tried to make it as simple as possible for you to understand, please let me know if there are any further concerns...

Kind Regards
