Brief Answer:
It could be urethral Polyp.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have noticed a bubble with black head popping out of your urethra opening few weeks ago.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is it still there ?
2) Do you have any urinary symptoms like burning urination ,pain in urethral opening, blood in urine etc?
3) Has it been noticed after masturbation?
4) Is it possible to upload photograph of the urethral opening ?

It could be either a Urethral Polyp or a Bubble of clumped semen .However this can be confirmed only on clinical examination by a qualified Urologist.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and further treatment if required.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.

Brief Answer:
ould be due to inflammation of Urethra.
