Brief Answer:
probably hemangioma

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
I've reviewed the images.

This was probably hemangioma or venous varix rupture.

This is nothing serious. You should just apply ice occasionally, pressure and elastic compress for few days. It should heal within 2-3 weeks or it may leave small red lesion which can be surgically removed later under local anesthesia.

If this happens in other parts of the body, then some specific disorders can be considered but at this point, there is no need to be concerned.

Wish you good health,
Regards
