What Does Abdominal Pain Indicate During Ejaculation?
Question: Sort term pain in left lower abdomen in one specific spot during ejaculation and lasts about a minute or less. I work out hard every day and it feels like a muscle pull or strain

First of all you need not to worry. Most likely explanation for this sort of pain is muscular spasm. Secondarily, during ejaculation testes get bigger n taut, and hence sometimes develop mild degree of torsion which get relieved on its own.
However, one word of caution, if it recurs again and again, an ultrasound of lower abdomen is necessary to look for other causes.
