Brief Answer:

Want few more details my dear patient.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Left sided abdominal pain is usually involved in case of inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulitis but as in your case colonoscopy and CT scan are normal it can't be this.

I would like to ask you for some details before giving you any advice
When the pain first started?

How frequently episodes of pain occur?

If each episode of pain starts gradually or suddenly?

The severity of the pain on a scale of 1 to 10?

What causes the pain and what makes the pain worse your observation?

What relieves the pain?

Your bowel habits?
History of loose stools or frequent constipation?
Have you ever taken probiotics?

If you divide the left abdomen in three compartments upper middle and lower which part has the most pain?

Any history of gas bloating belching constipation or acid peptic disorder?

Any medication which relieves this pain?

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
