Question: My liver alt is at 109 I do drink a lot of red bull could that be the cause

2) What is bilirubin level in liver function test?

Bili is 10 I forgot to mention I used recreational drug on the Saturday and test was done on the Wednesday it was speed that I took

1) Bilirubin of 10 is abnormal.
2) ALT of 109 with such high bilirubin warrants further evaluation on liver to find out cause for this.
3) You must do USG abdomen, tests for hepatitis B and C.
4) Also stop recreational medication for some period till liver function become normal

No worries thankyou for your reply my Bili was 11 18/01 16 now is 10 I did blood test today for hep b c and Hiv the usual tests

1) I understand your confidence, but still i will recommend you to undergo USG abdomen specifically for liver. Although bilirubin is reducing from 11 to 10, normal range of total bilirubin is upto 1.2 only.
