What Does An Episode Of Hot Flashes, Sweating And Weakness Indicate?

Question: Was grocery shopping last night. Felt similar to hot flash, sweating, shaking, weak. Had to sit down in cold section so weak. No shortness of breath. Had to go to car shaking and weak. No dizzyness, no lightheadness. So scary.
