Hello,
I understand your concern. However, in order to provide you with an accurate answer, I need more information about your current and past medical condition.
For how long has this been going on? Is this the reason you did all the tests you mentioned? What are the results of these tests? What did the CT scan and biopsy show? Do you suffer from any diagnosed disease? Do you take medication for any condition? Do you take recreational drugs?
Also please add any other information regarding your health condition that you might think is important to mention.
I will be waiting for your reply.
Wishing you all the best.

Many possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I apologize for this late reply. There is hardly any clue in your medical history to explain the insect bite sensation you are experiencing, however there are a few possible causes to be taken in consideration:
First of all, I would make sure the insect bite sensation is not just a sensation, meaning, there are a lot of insects that cause a rash free itching, such as scabies, bed bugs and chiggers. Is there a possibility you might have come in contact with such insects?
Secondly, I would look into the possibility that a new detergent or soap or shampoo or chemical yo have recently purchased might be the possible culprit. Chemical substances can sometimes cause skin irritation that resemble insect bites. Even clothing made of fire retardant fibers can cause a similar reaction.
Thirdly, conditions such as diabetes, liver and kidney disorders can also cause itching and insect bite feeling, so a check up with your PCP might reveal an underlying problem.
Lastly, stress is also an important factor to take into consideration and can cause all kinds of skin sensation and or irritation. A short course of Diazepam can sort this out.
I recommend that in order to address this problem, you start by ruling out all the above possibilities one by one, until you figure out the cause.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions and I will do my best to reply as soon and as accurately as possible.
Wishing you good health and all the best.
