Brief Answer:
Take multivitamin supplements and apply topical anesthetic gel such as 2% Benzocaine Gel

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in,

Ulcers can be due to many reasons such as:
- improper digestion
- traumatic bite
- vitamin deficiency
- precancerous conditions

The best way is to rule out the etiology and treat accordingly. If it doesn't resolve within 3 weeks then please consult a dentist and go for a clinical check-up and histopathological examination of the area. Meanwhile, take multivitamins and apply anesthetic gel with 2% Benzocaine thrice daily to relieve pain.

Also, avoid anything hot and spicy and drink plenty of water.

Hope I answered your query, feel free to ask further.

Kind regards
Dr. Neha Sumra
