Brief Answer:
Findings of aortic dilatation is within normal limit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings of aortic dilatation is within normal limit.
Aneurysm is defined as thoracic aorta greater than 4.5 cm and size greater than 6 cm may need surgical treatment.
However, size criteria for intervention are smaller in high risk groups like turner's syndrome, bicuspid aortic valve etc.

Assuming you are not from this high risk group, the measurement specified by you falls within limits. That being said, chest X-ray is not ideal to assess dilatation. You may need contrast CT scan of thorax for proper evaluation.

Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
