Brief Answer:
Your findings are not related to adrenal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

Bilateral fibrotic strands in thorax are sequel of past infection and it doesn't require any treatment unless it compromises pulmonary functions.

Adrenal cortical adenoma is a common benign tumor arising from the cortex of the adrenal gland. It commonly occurs in adults. Some adrenal adenomas do not secrete hormones at all while some may secrete hormones. It should be investigated.

Pain is due to degenerative changes in lumbar spine. It should be tried to manage conservatively.I suggest may patients to take combination of analgesics and muscle relaxants like tablet acelofenac and chlorzoxazone for 5-7 days after food. You also need complete bed rest for 3-4 days.Hot fomentation should also tried.
After pain relief, you should go for physiotherapy.
Surgery should be the last option.

Your findings are not related to adrenal adenoma.

Hope I have answered your question.
