Brief Answer:
This is only an ECG finding and not necessary a disease.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your reports and noted that everything is fine within normal parameters.
However, I have also noted a S1,S2,S3 patern that indicate possible pulmonary problems. You should keep in mind that this is only an ECG finding and not necessary a disease. Other examinations are needed to rule in or out pulmonary or cardiac problems.
If you were my patient i would recommend to do:
- Chest X-ray
- Cardiac ECHO
- pulmonary function test.
If they were normal than it's only an ECG finding and you should continue with cardiologist to stabilize your BP.
Hope it was of help!

Got it. Now in regards to the pulminary problems what does That mean. so if you were to guess would you think it's more normal than an issue?
Brief Answer:
My opinion is that it's more normal than an issue.
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
My opinion is that it's more normal than an issue.
However some examinations which are part of general check up even for hypertension (for example chest X ray and cardiac ECHO) should be done.
This will help to put your mind in peace about other health problems and by doing so this will help in controlling BP (it's a well known fact that to much stress has a negative effect on hypertension).
Wish you health!
