Brief Answer:
Please upload EKG,cardiac echo reports...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Before running into final conclusions, I'd like to have the full reports of your cardiac tests (ultrasound, EKG).
Furthermore, I'd like to know if you are having any health issues (difficulty breathing, chest pain, high blood pressure, pulmonary problems, etc.)? May I also know your:
- height,
- weight
- blood pressure reading
All these information will help me give a more detailed and accurate answer!
Thank you!

I do not have my ultrasound or ekg reports yet. I do get short of breath and some chest pain & my heart rate fluctuates alot ,especially at night. My height is 5' 8 & weight is 180lbs and blood presure has always been good.
Brief Answer:
Pulmonary hypertension....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If this is your case, then, I can say as following:
- The borderline left atrial enlargement is considered within the normal range.
- Right ventricle moderately dilated means that there is evidence of pulmonary hypertension or other pulmonary pathologies.
The reports of your EKG, cardiac echo are necessary to give a more accurate answer.
Your clinical symptoms are indicative for possible arrhythmia, which is caused most probably by pulmonary hypertension.
I am glad to know that your blood pressure is always good, however, I have done some calculations and noticed falling into overweight category.
Being overweight would increase chances for deep vein thrombosis, which might lead to pulmonary microemboli and subsequent pulmonary hypertension with right ventricle moderately enlarged.
Hope it answered to your query! Feel free to ask me other questions you might have!
