Brief Answer:
can stabilise creatinine
Detailed Answer:
I guess you are asking if the creatinine level can be brought to normal with any drugs and diet.(you have many spelling errors that is making us difficult to understand your question. )
Anyways, here is the answer..
Even though it is nearly impossible to bring creatinine to normal, as you seem to have chronic kidney disease, it can be stabilised at that point.
You need drugs like ACE inhibitors which will reduce glomerular damage and can stabilise the creatinine.
Constantly monitor potassium , calcium and PTH levels.
Avoid excess salt, protein and meat. Concentrate on vegetarian diet and avoid excess fluid intake and carbonated liquids . Keep a record of the parameters to let your doctor optimise the treatment. Avoid drugs that can worsen kidney function like pain killers and some antibiotics.
Hope I am clear.

Brief Answer:
don't worry
Detailed Answer:
Mr XXXXXXX .no need to apologise.
What's told to you is correct. We may not be able to reduce the creatinine but surely we can keep it below 3 with some drugs like tazloc you are using. As long as creatinine is stable, you need not worry. If other things like BP, sugar, and diet are under good limits, you can have a stable creatinine for a long time, allowing you to lead a normal life.
So stop worrying and be happy.
All the best.
