Question: I am a 63 female who just got my blood results back. My Creatinine level is 1.07 and GFR is 55/64 Should I worry? What should I do next?

I am writing to find out is taking a daily fish oil each day help to lower my blood pressure. The fish oil contains an antioxidant called astaxanthin. Is this drug safe for my kidneys or show I discontinue use the fish oil.
