What Does Dark Urine When Having Gastric Ulcers Indicate?

I've noticed a couple of times that when I urinate it goes from a darker yellow and goes all the way to completely transparent, I'm constipated and I believe to have a gastric ulcer. what could your thoughts be on the urine... I drink water all day everyday.
