Question: Hi my son is 4 months 3 weeks old.
1. Last two three weeks his intake has been reduced he used to take average 900ml of formula feed in 6-7 feeds of 120 ml.
2. Now he just takes around 750ml with more than 10 feeds of 60ml. he does not seems to be interested in talking feed often pushing the bottle away so we are feeding him while he fallen sleep during sleep he somewhat sucks more. tried changing the brand of formula it had some improvement
3. He is passing stool everyday with greenish yellow color.
4. In Terms of activity he is quite fine very active when awake making noise he just started to roll over. we we try to lay down he tries sit.
5. His breathing seems to normal when he is sleeping or silent but when he starts playing there seems to lots noise while he breath.
6.When we visted the local pedi he told he might have mild cold and suggested drops for that.
7.now past two three days he vomits without any discomfort just the milk comes out of his mouth
8. Then again we went to the pedi again then he said it is not vomiting it is positing and suggested some digestive drops. and told it may be bacuase of he started to roll or tries sit. so dont worry
9. The pedi also said he is gaining wait normally so need not worry he was 6.8 kgs two weeks back and 7.00 kg yesterday.
10. He sleeps around 5-6 hours in the day & 6-8 hours in the night but not at single stretch he used to sleep for 2-3 hours and play and sleep.
11. in the evening getting to sleep is very hard and he is little busy no issues in the day

Questions:
1. Does the loss of hunger is normal or might be some other issues?
2. Does the greenish is stool is Ok?
3. Recently i received a mail from a babycare site and it talks about SBS/AHT, and some of the symptoms seems to loss of hunger, vomiting etc.
Does SBS accidentally happen, we never shook our baby but we swing him in the cloth cradle(indian style) sometimes front and forth sometimes on the sideways like the traditional swing
while swinging sideways he used roll like he does on the bed.
Should i be worried of SBS or AHT by swinging like that
4. when we visit a pedi locally they say as long as he is gaining wait passing stool and smiling he is fine.
How true is that "Smiling Baby is a normal baby". Our baby smiles a lots especially outsiders whenever he visits the doctor he smiles and he says he does not look sick at all.

unfortunately i could not ask all these questions to the local pedi since the getting irritated when we through more question out of fear. especially even after they said he is fine i used to ask lots of questions so they end up shouting at me.

Thanks for your answer and i can be little peaceful now.
I have one more doubt. when our cant sleep naturally we use pacifier from pigeon to sooth him he use to sucks it for some time and fall asleep. use of pacifier is safe on infants. and can we use teether to avoid baby using his thumb. when he uses his thumb he tend to vomit by overdoing it to avoid that we use either pacifier or teether
