What Does Difficulty In Losing Weight Despite Exercising Indicate?
Question: I started exercising and maintaining a healthy diet since 1 month. When I started I was weighing 64 kg. Now I weigh 60.5 kg. The problem is no matter how much I try my weight is not reducing below 60.5. Since three weeks my weight is the same even after exercising and maintaining calorie deficit. My fat percentage is 29%. I want to reduce it. Why is my weight not reducing below 60.5? Im losing motivation to exercise because of this
