Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query and I am sorry you are going through this.

It is difficult to say something for sure without a physical examination.Dilated, visible veins in chest wall are related to an obstruction in the venous drainage. There are few conditions that can cause such symptoms :
-Superior Vena Cava Syndrome ,which is a condition when a major venous vessel in chest is blocked (partially or completely).A cause for this can be the compression of the vein from the surrounding structures. So enlarged lymph nodes in chest or a tumoral mass in lungs can compress Vena Cava Superior.
-A second cause could be Venous Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, which happens due to the compression of veins in the upper part of chest.Common causes for ti are :Tumors or large lymph nodes in the upper chest or underarm area, trauma ,poor posture etc.

In both causes there are other symptoms present like shortness of breath, pain in arm or neck, arm swelling etc.

For this reason a detailed medical history and physical examination are essential for the diagnosis.Your doctor may order an chest X-ray,CT scan ,MRI of the chest to determine the diagnosis.

Hope it helps.
Please let me know if you have question.I would be happy to answer all your question.
