Brief Answer: Distal part of hearts main artery is irregular Detailed Answer: Hello Sir. Thanks for bringing your question to HealthCareMagic.com. Let me see if I can help you understand that Coronary Angiography report. The 'LAD' is the Left Anterior Descending Artery and it is the artery which supplies blood to the Anterior (front) wall of your heart. So this report is saying that the radiologist has noticed some sort of "irregularity" in the wall of that blood vessel toward the end of that vessel. Now. what irregularity he/she saw has not been made clear. So you need to go back to your cardiologist and ask them WHAT irregularity was seen. In the end, it will probably not amount to very much. You must remember that radiologists will report on any tiny thing that they see and sometimes the report will be filled with alot of findings that are not relevant CLINICALLY. So, to Sum Up. The artery which supplies the front wall of your heart has an "irregularity". Stay calm and discuss the finding with your cardiologist when you get a chance to see them next. I hope this helps. Feel free to follow-up on HCM if you need more information. If you have the report, you can scan it and upload it and I can follow-up with you and explain it further. I hope this helps. Take care.
