stop alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I would advice you to stop alcohol completely.
I would also need to know your serum bilirubin.
I would advice thiamine and B 12 supplements. Incase the bilirubin is normal Then multivatimin supplements alone should help. In case bilirubin is high I would advice pentoxyphyline. Please consult your doctor to get a prescription
Repeat shot and sgpt after 3 weeks

Brief Answer:
Stop alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
I have gone through your reports
I would advise you to get anti HCV done.
It is not a cause for worry immediately but it can lead to serious liver disease and could be life threatening in case alcohol is continued.
I would advise you to stop alcohol completely.. You could consult a psychiatrist in case you are unable to stop. I would advise thiame b 12 supplementation. Only completely stopping alcohol should bring down SGOT and SGPT levels down within a span of three months.
For your raised LDL cholesterol levels
I would advise regular exercise 20 _ 40 min three to 4 times a week( brisk walk)
Avoid fried food, fast food, sweets
Avoid alcohol
And repeat lipid profile after 6 months in case the cholesterol levels are still high. You will need a lipid lowereing drug like rosuvastatin for which you will need a prescription.
Hope this helps
