By your x ray description, possibility of bilateral extensive pneumonia is more likely.
Such pneumonia are seen with
1. Viral infection (H1N1 - swine flu)
2. ARDS (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome)
3. Fulminant aspergillosis (fungal infection)
So if patient is living in swine flu epidemic area then first possibility is swine flu pneumonia.
