What Does Fever And Cold In A Toddler Indicate As Per The Reports?
Brief Answer:
Likely to be due to a viral cause
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Health care magic.
I have gone through your query and have checked the attached reports. It seems to be due to a viral infection. You need to give steam inhalation. Just sit with the baby and playce the source of steam before you. The steam is in the air and the child will not need to worry.
Regards

Thanks for the response, but she is vomitting as well and in reports hb levels and platelets count are showing out of range and some other values as well, please can you guide a bit more
Brief Answer:
Maintaining hydration is the most important mode of treatment
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. You need to give her ORS and plenty of fluids. The low platelet count could indicate a dengue like viral fever but if the hydration is proper you need not worry. Give her Syr. Ondem to control the vomiting and ensure that she takes plenty of fluids.
The hemoglobin level is more or less ok and you need not get worried about it at the moment.
