Hi....In the earlier report it was mention that uterus retroverted-myometrial echo:non homogenous.A small hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.77cmx 1.24cm in size is seen involving anterior wall of uterus

Dont worry about the retroverted part. Its possible sometimes. But the size of the fibroid seems to have increased, though slightly. Still, surgery is usually not needed unless the fibroid is more than 4 cm in size. If you are asymptomatic, just follow up.
