What Does Fibroid In Uterus And Calculus In Gall Bladder Indicate?

Question: Uterius: Antiverted.A complex SOLof size 2.12 cm was seen in anterior myometrium of body 'Endometrium thin'.
Gall bladder: well distended, wall thickened. A large calculus of size 3.38 cm was seen in lumen.

Hello,
According to your report you have a large gall bladder stone which definitely needs surgery. Also a possible fibroid is seen in the uterus, though its small. If you dont have any symptoms regarding that, you need not do anything yet. Repeat the scan after 6 months.

Hi....In the earlier report it was mention that uterus retroverted-myometrial echo:non homogenous.A small hypoechoic lesion measuring 1.77cmx 1.24cm in size is seen involving anterior wall of uterus

Dont worry about the retroverted part. Its possible sometimes. But the size of the fibroid seems to have increased, though slightly. Still, surgery is usually not needed unless the fibroid is more than 4 cm in size. If you are asymptomatic, just follow up.
