Brief Answer:
You have age related degenerative changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to X-ray report, you have age related degenerative disc disease of cervical spine.

Degenerative changes occurs in spine due to aging and development of weakness in annulus fibrosis. Some of those changes are mentioned:
1. The cervical lordosis is flattened. It means there is loss of normal cervical spine curvature. Cervical spine has become straightened.
2. Mild intervertebral disc space narrowing is present at the c5/c6 level. It means at C5-6 level there is mild loss of intervertebral disc space.
3. The bony neural exit foramina are capacious. It means lateral neural foramen through which nerve roots exit are roomy and it appears normal.

I would order for MRI cervical spine for proper assessment of nerves. Your treating doctor should consider it if there are significant clinical signs. MRI is the investigation of choice for soft tissue imaging.

Majority of the cases of degenerative spine disease are benefited by physiotherapy. So physiotherpy should be tried first. It causes strengthening of Para spinal muscles and it prevents further changes. Surgery should be the last option.

There are also medicines like capsule pregabalin available for pain relief.
Treatment can be planned after consultation with neurosurgeon.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
