What Does Hallucinations And Exhaustion After PT For Frozen Shoulder Indicate?
Question: After PT for frozen shoulder, I hurt and had electric stim with heat. Driving home, I felt drunk and then slept til the next day. I felt the same the next day and saw people at church who weren't there. Drunk feeling and exhaustion lasted almost 72 hrs. 10 days later I had same treatment at PT and could not control the car (weaving around the lane) going home. I stayed home and spent 2 days sleeping 20 out of 24 hours. What is this feeling and can anything else bring it on? (I stopped PT)

I read your question carefully and I understand your concern, those episodes sound worrying.
One hypothesis I can make is insufficiency of the vertebrobasilar system, meaning insufficient blood flow to the posterior part of your brain. The relation to PT could be manipulation to the neck may lead to trauma of the vertebral arteries which are in close relation to the spine. That could lead to a dissection (a tear in the vessel wall) or compression of an already narrowed vessel from atherosclerosis.
Of course this is a hypothesis, this complication is common in neck manipulation, not sure how much the neck was involved in your PT.
I recommend tests to study the head and neck vessels either by ultrasound or even better CT/MRI of the vessels. Also some routine blood test (blood count, glucose, liver and kidney function, electrolytes) are indicated.
