Brief Answer:
You shouldn't worry about anything...

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your heart rate is within normal limits and you shouldn't worry about that. I would like to suggest increasing physical activities in order to lower HR to 75-80 bpm (which are the mean values of the norm).

Mean while if you were my patient i would also recommend the following examinations to exclude definitely any cardiac problems:
- ECG
- Cardiac ECHO
- Holter monitoring
- Stress test

Hope this was of help!
Wish you all the best!
