What Does Heart Rate Of 64 Bpm Indicate?

Question: some concern again I felt my heart rate was 64 bpm around 4:00 p.m yesterday I no that om late Monday night around 8:00-8:30 p.m I took 2 BENADRYL allergy meds and around 5:00 pm. I took my ANXIETY (LORAZEPAM 0.05 ) meds at his mor at 6:00 my heart rate was 56 bpm even here at work its 76 bpm
