Detailed Answer:
Hi there, Dr. Purushottm Neurgaonkar welcomes you to HCM VIRTUAL CLINIC. I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.
1 ) First of all do not panic.
2 ) As you have mentioned that you have 7 weeks pregnancy, and you have some breast heaviness, and some pulsation in the abdomen.
The breast sensation is one of the signs of early pregnancy.
Secondly, the pulsation that you are getting in the tummy can be due to pulsation of the aorta, the great vessel in the abdomen.
3 ) I would like to know if you have undergone USG? This will help to know about the gestational age and viability of pregnancy.
4 ) If you are not having red, black, brown discharge, then your pregnancy can be undisturbed and growing.
As such there is nothing more that you can check out at home on your own.
Please start on Folic acid, Vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements . This helps to prevent many problems during pregnancy and delivery.
Please do not worry.
Think positive.
All things will be fine in the due course of time.
Please feel free to communicate again.
I hope this answer helps you. Thanks
Dr Purushottam Neurgaonkar .
If feasible start on the supplements.
Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for appreciating the answer and reverting back.
It's alright to get the sonography done as scheduled by your treating doctor.
It is good to hear that you are already taking Folic acid supplements.
If feasible you can arrange for vitamin B 12 and Omega 3 supplements from now onwards. If it is not possible you can start after you visit your doctor.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
