I have gone through the details. High ESR indicates inflammation in the body. So in your case it can be due to herniated disc. For Low back pain you can take Tab. Nervup once daily. This is a prescription drug so it is better you visit your treating doctor for the same. Thyroid can also worsen your back pain, so monitor your thyroid levels and if you are on medications continue or alter the dose accordingly.
