Brief Answer:
High SGPT may indicate liver injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests raised SGPT,SGOT and uric acid.
High SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, autoimmune causes etc.

SGOT is is non specific and it is increased in many conditions.

You may need few investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, ultrasound of abdomen.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

Increased uric acid level should be tried to manage first by diet restrictions.
You should avoid high purine diet like red meat, alcohol etc.
If findings are persistent then you may need uricosuric drugs like probenecid.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
