Brief Answer:
It may be due to simple reasons like dehydration, supplementation etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Mild high blood calcium level is a very common condition. It may be due to simple reasons like dehydrated on the day the blood sample was drawn or dietary supplements i,e taking too much vitamin D or calcium in the form of supplements.
It may also be due to laboratory error.

However, frequently high blood calcium level means that there may be some underlying problem. In this case, recheck should be done.

This condition also need clinical correlation and need to see for symptoms like constipation,Pain abdomen, excessive thirst, excessive urination, muscle twitching etc.
