Brief Answer: Report is not alarming... Detailed Answer: Hi, I reviewed your mother's report. Cholesterol values are definitely high and it puts her at risks for future cardiovascular events. Therefore her treating doctors have put her on aspirin and atorvastatin These medicines have preventive roles. If she is asymptomatic now, you need not be alarmed at this point of time. However encourage your mother to become more active. She is under 60 years of age where most women are still able to walk. Encourage her to go for morning walks and cut down her high calorie foods. These changes will make her heart healthy. I am not sure about reasons for sibelium prescription. Does she have history of regular migraines? If yes, sibelium should help her. Hope this answers your question. Let me know if you need clarifications. Regards

Brief Answer: Not required if asymptomatic... Detailed Answer: Hi, Stress test is essential if she has symptoms of chest pain. Alternatively doctor do advice for stress if there are concerning changes on ECG. I did not see ECG record with her reports; but I hope it was normal. Continue aspirin and atorvastatin as your doctors recommended. Discuss about stress test with her cardiologist if she has history of chest pain / ECG record is reported (by the doctor) as abnormal. I apologies for the late reply. I hope this suffices. Regards
