Brief Answer:
There is obstruction in common bile duct causing distension of gall bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The liver generates bile which is temporarily stored in the gall bladder. From the gall bladder the bile is regularly ejected through the cystic duct and common bile duct in to the duodenum.

2. It looks like there is some obstruction in the bile ducts which is not allowing the gall bladder to empty fully.

3. Therefore there is distention of the gall bladder 2 to 3 times and the bile duct is not well visualized.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
