I have gone through reports and history in detail.
Increased CRP and ESR indicates infection.
He is also suffering from anemia.
Fever may be due to many reasons.
Widal test is negative.It is generally positive in 2nd week if patient is having typhoid fever.
Your son need proper clinical examination and few more investigations.
It is important to rule out urinary tract infection,malaria also.
MP test,Blood culture and Urine RE/ME can be done.
Empirically you can give tablet cefixime(dispersible) 100 mg twice daily for five days.You should also give lactobacillus and vitamin B supplementation.
For fever,you can sponge whole body of baby with normal tap water.You can also give combination syrup of paracetamol(162.5 mg) and ibuprofen(100 mg) 7.5 ml thrice daily (if temperature is > 100 degree Fahrenheit).
He also need iron syrup for anemia.
Peripheral smear of blood should also be examined.
Further treatment depend upon investigation and clinical findings.

Urine contain pus cells (2-3/HPF) but it can be normal finding.
Urine test results for pus cells should always be interpreted using the reference range provided by the laboratory.
If fever is less than 7 days duration then blood culture can be done after clinical examination.
