Brief Answer:
It may indicate bronchitis and lung fibrosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,

Increased bronchovascular markings may be a sign of bronchitis or at times may be a normal finding esp since he is a non smoker.

Coarse lung reticulations may indicate lung fibrosis. Since you have not mentioned any symptoms, I presume he is asymptomatic ie has no problem with his lungs like cough, breathlessness etc,

You may leave it at that as no medication is needed at this stage or if you want to confirm the diagnosis you may get a HRCT Chest and a PFT done to begin with.

Brief Answer:
Yes, his CT shows that he has lung fibrosis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for uploading another report.

Yes, as I mentioned, his CT Chest does show Interstitial lung Disease or lung fibrosis.

At present it has been labelled as mild.

If he is symptomatic with cough and breathlessness, he should start taking inhaler medicines like seroflo or foracort and duolin. If symptoms are not controlled with these, he may need oral steroids. You should consult a pulmonologist who can guide you properly regarding medication.

He should avoid dust and smoke. He can have normal home food and consult his treating physician before taking any medicines because there are certain drugs which may cause lung fibrosis.
