Brief Answer:
see a doctor

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is important for you to see a doctor as soon as possible.
Urinating every hour can be a sign of infection that needs to be treated.
It is possible that the pain near your spine is from bladder irritation but not that likely.
The pain near your spine needs to be examined as well.
Please see a doctor as soon as possible for an exam and urinalysis.
If you have a bladder infection it can worsen resulting in hospitalization if not treated so do not delay, see a doctor as soon as possible
Regards,
Dr. Robinson
