What Does Irritation In Penis After Masturbation Indicate?

Question: Recently I was diagnosed for HPV by genital warts. On top of my diagnoses, I had to be tested for Herpes as well. My nerves began to triple because of how anxious I was over it. A couple days passed by and my doctor said everything was normal. Now this test was about month and a half ago, I haven't had sex since the test, also I haven't had unprotected sex in 2+ months and it was with someone I trusted for 3+ years. Currently, I am dealing with a little bit of "scaring" on the ring of the tip of my penis. Obviously since my testing, I'm a little bro aware and cautious about what goes on down there. This irritation doesn't hurt nor does it irritate me. I masturbate very frequently (sometimes 3 times a day) and most times I'll use a blanket to help. The only times it can irritate me is right after masturbating. I'm curious to know if this irritation is from the excessive masturbation, or is it something worse?
Brief Answer:
Keep cool, get relevant tests done
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I suggest you should get the following blood tests done to get out of confusion
1- IgG and IgM for HSV 1&2
2- Lab test for papilloma virus It can be done easily by a swab culture
These infections are not transmitted by masturbation . Getting anxious will not help The coronal swelling is present due to infection with herpesvirus possibly These tests will confirm the diagnosis
It is wise to have Vaginal sex with condom only and no oral sex If herpes is positive, antiviral therapy should be immediately started
