Brief Answer:
Detailed evaluation is required.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your reports and I can understand your concerns.
As per your report there is a mass lesion near your aorta( major blood vessel of your body). It is significantly large in size and the possible differential diagnosis are leiomyosarcoma ( a kind of tumor arising from smooth muscles) and metastasis ( spread of tumor from some other distant sites)
Consult an oncologist and evaluated, Detailed evaluation is required. You might require additional imaging to look for any other lesions somewhere in your body. If there is diagnostic confusion, a biopsy will be required.
Castleman’s is a rare possibility and it is unlikely in your case.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
