What Does It Mean When Triglycerides Are Slightly Elevated?
Question: I have had my full body check up and triglycerides is slightly higher i.e. 174 mgdl. Kindly suggest

MCH and RBC are normal. Cholesterol is elevated and I think taking fish oil omega 3 supplements will not help to reduce them. I think you may need Cholesterol lowering medications such Atorvastatin. Also, keep a low fat diet and increase physical activity.
