Question: what does it means if your rbc,wbc, and squamous epithelial in your urine is high

It could mean different things in different settings so I would like to know a few more details
1. Is there any fever? Burning while passing urine? Stomach ache?
2. Are you a diabetic?
3. Could you please let me know the exact values and also protein/albumin in urine ?

From the urine routine you have typed out it looks like you are suffering from a pyelonephritis (infection of the kidney). You will need to undergo the following further tests
1. Complete blood count
2. Ultra sound abdomen and pelvis
3. Urine for culture
You will need treatment with antibiotics like a fluroquinolone for a prolonged period of time, if the culture of the urine grows some bacteria then antibiotics can be changed based on sensitivity.
Please seek help from a good nephrologist as soon as possible
