Brief Answer:
osteoporosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting the question.
I have gone through your medical history in detail.

If you have tested negative for the blood results, then such joint pains occur mainly due to calcium and vitamin D deficiency (Osteoporosis).I hope you have got RA test,C reactive proteins checked.

Normally, our body weight is borne by strong bones. So less strain of the muscles occurs. But in osteoporosis,as bones are weak and cannot sustain body weight pressure, joints and muscles are subjected to excessive strain causing pain and stiffness.

I suggest you to start on anti inflammatory tablets like ibuprofen, tramadol, paracetamol etc. Muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside, chlorzoxazone will help ease the muscle stiffness.

Start on vitamin D and calcium supplements on daily basis.

Eating calcium rich diet like milk, green leafy vegetables should be consumed adequately.

Get blood calcium and vitamin D levels checked.

I hope the answer was useful.

Feel free to ask me any follow up queries that you may have.

Thank you.
Kind regards.
