Hello Doctor XXXXXXX
It is short report and I will type it for you:
Pelvic Ultrasound
As on previous occasion of 10/06/2014 both a transvaginal as well as transabdominla ultrasound were performed
The uterus reveals the small hypoecholic nodule in the anterior aspect of the uterine body of 1,4 cm. This was noted before and has not significantly changed. The endometrium measures 5.9 mm and displays lack of vascularity in the more interior portion ---? significance?. This finding is not seen on the previous images. Ovaries are unremarkable. There are no ascites

Lack of vascularity may indicate improvement in lesion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your feed back
Vascularity is an important factor in carcinoma.Due to carcinoma there is proliferation of new blood vessels(neo-vascularisation) and this is shown as increased vascularity in colour doppler study.
High vascularity in carcinoma lesions is generally a serious sign.
Lack of vascularity in interior region may indicate improvement in lesion but it is not a very specific sign.It is not confirmatory.
